Job Description	Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of projects, meeting both external and internal quality standards. Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, automated testing. Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of IT instances Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including technical specifications, system configurations, and user guides Ensure that all IT implementations comply with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Profile	Minimum 16+ years of industry experience with atleast 12 years of hands-on experience. Deep understanding of AEM architecture, including Sites, Assets, Workflows, Publisher and Dispatcher. Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with debugging tools like Adobe Experience Platform Debugger
