Designation	Department Manager - Layout and Piping
Job Description	Accountable for ensuring timely project delivery in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and client satisfaction. Will collaborate across the organization to enhance performance, drive growth, and uphold as well as strengthen the integrity of processes and systems. Shall be a visionary leader with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges related to technological advancements and project diversification. Should be prepared to attract the necessary talent or implement training strategies to ensure the organization is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities and navigate industry challenges.
Desired Profile	Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry, encompassing refineries, petrochemical facilities, chemical and process plants, fertilizer plants, and energy transition projects The candidate should have overseen a minimum of three large-scale projects concurrently Must possess leadership experience with the capability to manage large teams comprising a minimum of 150 to 200 personnel.
