Job Description	Lead and role model for non-financial risk aligning with the Bank’s strategy, behaviours and values Robustly challenge and influence to ensure how we manage and quantify our risk exposure and fully embed a strong risk management culture and behaviours is effective Support the continuing development or transformation of Operational Risk operating model to ensure the Regional Business Operational Risk operates increasingly effectively and efficiently and is able to deliver strategic goals. Ensure key non-financial risk reports adhere to requirements of Enterprise Risk Framework and escalation routes operate for top and emerging non-financial risks to reach appropriate Risk Management Meetings Excellent presentation skills; the ability to translate complex financial schedules into meaningful presentations is critical; demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist on decision making Ability to build key cross functional and cross business relationships Early reporting/escalation to Executive Management of resilience risks/issues
Desired Profile	Responsible for ensuring awareness of the operational and resilience risk impact associated with the role and must act in a manner that takes account of operational and resilience risk considerations Strong level of risk management knowledge and relevant experience Comprehensive knowledge of the external environment (risk, regulatory, geopolitical, competitor etc) Professional qualifications pertaining to risk management or any risk disciplines within Resilience Risk
