Job Description	Ensure to maintain the quality of work-papers to provide sufficient support for the assessments made. Make an effective follow up of audit issues and close to the satisfaction of audit standards. In-depth analysis of critical findings reported in the audit to identify the vulnerabilities in the existing processes/ systems and suggesting for changes/improvement on the controls. To review Compliance to stipulated SLA/Policies/Processes/RBI regulations based on audit scope To test the effectiveness of controls based on sampling methodology Recommend development of policies and procedures in consultation with various departments for reducing risk and operational improvements.
Desired Profile	5-8 years of which 3-4 years in credit audit in retail Bank Experience in conducting Credit Audits or Credit risk assessment of retail products
