Designation Human Resource Business Partner
Job Description
  • Partners with business to create a strong succession pipeline with BUILD-BUY strategy
  • Identifies key roles for business success
  • Develops ready now / ready soon talent
  • Inducting the new joiners with the business diversification and team alignment.
  • Regular tracking of development plans for key talent (6/8/9) box
  • Supports Talent Management team and driving the overall GTMR / FTMR processes for the business
  • Initiating discussions with various HoDs for the goal setting and performance appraisals for their teams.
  • Facilitate and coordinate with the respective departments in planning the process of the performance assessment of the team and completing the same within timeline.
  • Analyze and develop performance assessment reports on SAP SF on the basis of the assessments carried out and feedbacks provided.
