Designation	Operations Head
Job Description	Responsible for all manufacturing activities by assigning work, implementing policies and procedures, and recommending improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the manufacturing functions in line with internal and external customer needs consisting of: the shop floor operations, production control, inventory accuracy, manufacturing, plant, machinery and equipment maintenance, KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), shipping, implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts and facilities management.
Desired Profile	Upgrade the Operational improvement knowledge and impart the training to employees or conduct workshop to improve the manufacturing process and quality of product Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions. Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings.
