Designation Senior Vice President - Scorecard leadership
Job Description
  • Ensure Accuracy and Completeness of Scorecard release process within committed timelines Partnering with Stakeholders, Technology groups for various initiatives to identify inbuilt risks in the process , identify the controls and build strong control framework
  • Identify and execute opportunities to enhance data/analytical capability and drive efficiency of the reporting processes
  • Review processes and suggest/implement improvements/changes to the existing processes
  • Strong documentation on controls built during transformation and ensure implementation in processes
  • Supervise and perform UAT on various developments and prepare ensure complete documentation
  • Continuous and strong communication on status of all strategic initiatives /projects, deadline and milestones with technology team as well as process team Participate in strategic discussions related to metric setting, implementation and validation Engage with stakeholders in order to have requests delivered in time with maximum excellence Support creation of meeting materials and actions tracking Prepare material which aims to help senior management during strategic discussions and IA or regulatory requests Ensure quality & robustness of data by performing adequate control checks and ensure accurate and timely delivery Provide feedback and contribute to enhance processes related to BAU activities Provide status to senior levels related to Control GAPs detected, Controls implemented or enhancements Document actions required and made follow up from Senior Management or IA requests  Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior
Desired Profile
  • Seasoned manager with excellent finance , banking, and analytical acumen with 15+ years of prior work experience
  • Experience in planning operations, managing strong communication and project management strategies
  • Good financial analysis and management reporting background - at least 8+ years of relevant work experience in Banking with strong understanding of ICG / GCB banking products is a plus
  • Identify, prioritize and proactively manage risks, exceptions and issues
  • Reporting of status, risks and issues to senior management
  • Lead the development of production KPIs, used to track production operations and MCA monitoring. Experience working with Audit.
  • Ability to ensure that measures are structured to drive the right performance behaviors in aggregate across the firm
  • Able to work under limited supervision, to effectively planning and managing multiple competing priorities and milestones
  • Analytical mindset including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist on decision making
  • Strong control environment lens and attention to detail

  • Ability to navigate balance sheet, capital and return metrics both from a product, geography and legal entity lens

  • Hands on experience in data transformation and visualization tools (Tableau, KNIME, and Power BI). Experience on Appian is added advantage
  • Experience in working with data and knowledge of financial reporting tools such as Essbase, Interactive Sandbox, SMR would be a plus
  • Ability to work on flexible schedules to cover different time zone globally
  • Good Excel skills managing big data resources and advance formulas to analytical and summary results
  • Experience leading meetings with Internal Audit
  • Ability to implement/enhance controls
  • Ability to document and provide status to senior levels
  • Strong communication skills and Interpersonal skills (ability to work with colleagues at all levels across multiple locations) along with experience of working in projects with aggressive timelines
