Designation Vice President - FRTB Business Analyst
Job Description
  • Understanding of the FRTB and Basel 2.5  regulation and impact of the regulation to the regional and global approach
  • Understanding of Risk and Front office processes to lead the analysis
  • Analysis of the relevant data, processes and technology
  • Lead the agile approach, using appropriate tools to monitor change for issue remediation and planning
  • Produce business and technical documentation
  • Lead on the testing phases such as documenting testing plans, collating evidence  and running UAT.
  • Ability to communicate effectively  across technology and business lines 
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy
  • Applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
