Designation Manager/ Sr Manager- Pre Sales Techno Solutions
Job Description
  • Solution strategy development and proposal] Participate in the development of strategies for selling the solution and making proposals to the customer in various segments like Govt, Enterprise, SMB and Large accounts. It involves Customer presentations, competitor analysis, Demos/Proof of concepts and engagement with Research and Development teams. Should act as a technical subject matter expert to handle commercial and product objections and clarifications
  • Customer and market analysis] Understand the technology and solutions required in the region or by the customer and analyze solutions that will sell.
  • Identify solution business model and opportunities] Perform the grouping of solutions and products into packages, development of business models to offer to customers, and identification of technical opportunities through pre-emptive solution proposals.
  • Partner and ISV engagements] Work with key solution partners and Independent software vendors (ISVs) on onboarding, joint GTM to target new use cases and incremental revenue. Develop partnerships and alliances with technology and commercial partners to strengthen ecosystem for better market opportunities
  • Post-sales management] Perform the post-sales activities after selling the solution, such as planning for solutions rollout with partners (Customer trainings, Collaterals, project scoping, project plans), customizations, and dealing with customer issues along with CS teams.
  • Case studies, collaterals & industry presentations] Create customer use case artifacts, best practice whitepapers, industry use cases, webinars and events presentations
Desired Profile
  • Minimum 8 years of Technology Pre-Sales experience
  • Experience of Knowledge on Personal Computing domain
  • Should have complete grasp on the personal computing ecosystem.
  • Background in Enterprise/B2B technology business
  • Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills
  • High on self-Motivation, positive attitude and work ethic desired
  • Individual should be self-driven and continuously strive to help improve process and coordinate effectively within organization and HQ teams
  • Individual should be Tech Savvy and should be able to provide solutions to the problems put forth.
  • Individual should be well versed with MS tools like Excel & PowerPoint
  • Should be willing to travel, if required, 7-10 days in a month
