Designation	Regional Swift Log Business Consultant
Job Description	To support the attraction of customers with our core and surrounding applications To support the pursuit of customer opportunities within our corporate IS application landscape and capabilities To support the closing of new contracts in line with our commercial policies and innovative solutions To support the on boarding of new customers in compliance with our global process To coach teams to configure WMS, training our operations teams to deliver as promised to our customers To support our progress reviews with our customers to ensure we continually improve + have a high retention rate. To provide hyper care support to our operations teams to evolve our customer relationships, forming trust + deeper relationships to enable new opportunities.
Desired Profile	Any experience in an environment where you have worked with multiple stakeholders, undertaken EDI projects and demonstrated Project Management capabilities will support your success in this role. If you have an engineering qualification that would be a bonus but it’s not mandatory.
