Designation VP/ AVP- GMCS Business Management
Job Description
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership team to drive business results. Alongside Sales Leadership, ensure there is a focus on strategic delivery for Business Management in GMCS and supporting the delivery of regional and global strategy
  • Leverage specialist data analytics and visualisation skills leveraging Tableau and Python tools to distribute actionable insights to global sales teams
  • Represent GMCS on project working groups as necessary
  • Drive cross functional initiatives and special projects
  • Pipeline management and deal approvals
  • Client focused MI and analytics, leading to actionable intelligence
  • Business and sales scorecards and updates
  • Supervisory/organisation/role discipline
  • Headcount and people resource management
  • Business administration support
Desired Profile
  • Solutions oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and problem solving skills
  • Project management skills with a proven track record of delivery
  • Flexible with good time management and prioritisation; can carry out a number of tasks concurrently
  • Able to work semi-autonomously, with some supervision
  • Excellent data skills, with a strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office tools – in particular Excel and PowerPoint; data visualisation skills using Tableau
  • Strong communication skills; able to present progress, risks, issues and outcomes quickly and effectively tailoring output to a variety of stakeholders and audiences
  • Able to work with various groups (front office, Ops, IT, Risk, Finance) to achieve desired outcome
  • Understand market developments, business and client needs pre and post trade
  • Process thinker, with ability to design / engineer efficient processes, and create efficient STP work flow
  • Has a good understanding of Controls and Operational Risk; able to investigate and highlight any control failings and to subsequently drive change where necessary
  • Knowledge of corporate clients and their liquidity, working capital and risk management needs is desirable
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to develop, document and drive execution of sales plans, business strategy, or in a consultancy role would be beneficial
