Designation	Executive Manager Retail Home Lending Operations
Job Description	Demonstrate an expert knowledge in Retail Lending Product landscape, related industry regulation and standards. Managing all Retail Lending products related services, ensuring delivery of Retail lending products related Projects/initiatives, partnering and responding to internal and external compliance requests. Ensuring delivery of operational activities within agreed SLA targets. Develop short and long term Retail Lending Product operation strategies and tactical plans that align with, and support, the operating model. Demonstrate an expert understanding of the end to end Home Loan value chain and relevance to our customers in all segments. Partner and influence development of strategies around Home Loans/Other lending products operation technologies. This will include Identify, justify and support new projects related to overall operations, serving as a key stakeholder for all aspects of Home Loans project life cycle. Ability to manage incidents in terms of incident identification, scope assessment, solution analysis, remediation, and communication protocols. Ability to analyse, assess, design and adjust process flow for Home Loans/ other lending products operations and the related quality and efficiency impacts. Build and lead subject matter expert teams to support operational and business line teams and lead the Home Loans function. Lead, coach and inspire a highly engaged, collaborative team of talented Operations professionals promoting a high performance culture that embodies achievement, teamwork and collaboration that align with Vision and Values. Creates effective partnership to drive cross functional communication and coordination, engage multiple stakeholders and coordinates activities to maximize results. Ensure adequate control are maintained with regards to regulatory compliance. Directly lead a team of Retails Lending Operation Managers.
Desired Profile	Senior level operations management of medium to large scale teams (e.g. 200 +- people) Banking experience in Home Loans or other Lending products Operations Unit and Detailed knowledge of Retail Lending product Familiarity with the Industry regulatory requirements. Leadership and executive management within a financial services organisation Executive stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating Proven ability to set Goals and delivers results and proven experience in leading self and Others Proven ability to perform against tight deadlines and capable of liaising and working collaboratively with teams throughout the global organization. Strong leadership capabilities, with proven ability to manage/lead teams and build a shared purpose Demonstrable risk management accomplishments Strong fiscal management capabilities Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Creative thinking and problem solving skills Industry and Product experience at a comparable level (18+ years) Tertiary qualifications: Business/Commerce/Finance or related discipline preferred.
