Designation	SVP Engineering-Hybrid Cloud
Job Description	Drive development and operationalization of the tools and applications that deliver a self-service enterprise-scale application hosting platform including virtualized and cloud environments. Lead the development teams in region for application development, automation, and platform engineering. In-depth experience of application hosting, VM Hosting, automated provisioning\management, and cloud hosting solutions. Collaborate with development teams, understand the challenges with development practices/toolset and drive resolution Possess business problem-solving and strong leadership skills Demonstrated expertise in people management with capability to identify, recruit, develop, motivate and retain talent. Demonstrated strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. This includes experience presenting to, collaborating with and building trusted relationships with executive management, senior management, technical mangers and peers to influence direction. Highly effective decision-making/critical thinking/problem solving skills with a collaborative and results oriented leadership style. Proven experience in establishing a vision, developing the strategy to support the vision, gaining consensus across key functional leadership through effective communication, and driving action towards the vision through the effective management of goals and objectives. Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Desired Profile	Must have 18+ years of experience, of which at least 5 years in senior management roles leading development teams Excellent knowledge of cloud technologies including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) VIA Terraform and at least one major cloud service provider(GCP\AWS\Azure) Excellent knowledge of deployment and configuration tools and capabilities, such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, and Salt Ability to manage a team of high-performing developers and SRE teams Strong background in automation, developing scalable enterprise applications Experience of working in agile fashion with interactive development thru global teams
