Designation	Senior Manager -Digital Commerce
Job Description	Seasoned Digital Commerce professional to provide functional and implementation support to large scale Digital commerce engagements involving defining Digital Commerce strategy, identifying the right channels, recommending Digital commerce platforms, augmenting human touchpoints in customer service, and delivering consistent and streamlined Omnichannel Customer experience for different business models (B2B, B2C etc.) Experience in driving Digital commerce Sales Proposals across industries Provide functional and implementation support for Digital Commerce platforms with focus on Salesforce commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce cloud, Magento and other custom Platforms Build strong practice of Digital Commerce experts and practitioners Work on assessing Digital Commerce processes in alignment with business imperatives and client’s sales strategy through client data diagnostics and gap analysis Work on recommending and deploying process improvements and enablers with best-in-class KPIs Work to facilitate involvement of key stakeholders and buy-in for change readiness Drive Head count growth for the offering, Lead creation of assets, accelerators and Though leadership in Digital commerce space
Desired Profile	A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the Products/ Communications & High Tech/ Financial Services industry/ Resources Strong leadership experience of leading a capability area related to Digital Commerce Functional expertise in selling and delivering engagements Digital commerce Deep functional and implementation experience on Digital commerce platforms - Salesforce commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce cloud, Magento and/or other custom Platforms Strong experience of leading projects with multiple workstreams - minimum 5-8 years of experience as team leader Experience of delivering global B2B & B2B Digital commerce Transformation projects Expertise in MS Excel, Macro, PowerPoint, and exposure to Visualization Tools
