Job Description	Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Fine Arts / Mass Communication / Advertising 15+ years of work experience in the areas of learning design & development, visual design, UI design, UX design, gamification, branding and technology 8+ years of expertise in executing successful learning programs; managing large and diverse teams; creating, deploying, and managing complex media intensive products, programs and solutions linked to business growth objectives, in a highly matrixed environment Deep expertise and knowledge in building products such as motion-graphic videos, interactive infographics, interactive elearnings, game-based learning, immersive learning solutions Deep experience in adult learning principles, human-centered design, blended learning, and learning in the flow of work Experience in leading and managing agile learning programs in a fast-paced environment Experience in the innovative application of eLearning technologies
Desired Profile	Possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a sharp business acumen. Prior experience in functional skills such as visual design, UX, UI design, brand strategy, project management, risk management, estimation, and proposals. Have excellent interpersonal skills with qualities of an empathetic leader demonstrating expert communication, mediation, influencing, and coaching abilities. Own strategic thinking abilities with proven success in cross-cultural environment.
