Job Details

• Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
• Manage multiple business/reporting routines and Report the progress at regular intervals to all stakeholders
• Prioritize key tasks and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Support on key initiatives (planned & adhoc) for the business and track the project schedule and help report out progress
• Track the Budget utilization and report progress
• Works with developers/IT team to assess any technical challenges (technical troubleshooting) in displaying the content.
• Helps develop & document procedures to manage the site
• Helps plan and implement different initiatives running with the vertical for achieving desired goals
• Managing communications with all stakeholders & Prepare communications including announcements, presentations etc. as needed
• Ability to take loose sketch ideas and develop sophisticated and polished designs
• Professional manner and polished interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment, as well as work independently and exercise sound professional judgment
• Commitment to responsiveness, high quality work and confidentiality and customer service
• Good artistic eye, understanding of the graphic requirements of a project
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to exercise independent judgment.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, excel and Word
• Experience with Tableau and SSRS is a plus

• Good communication Skills- Oral and Written
• Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
• Good knowledge of program and project management method
