Job Details

• Work closely with the business stakeholders to define the project objectives and scop
• Lead the team and stakeholder discussions, act as thought partner and provide them with high quality analytics solutions and recommendations
• Drive the end-to-end execution / delivery of analytics projects by leading teams of analyst(s) , Senior Analyst(s) , Data Scientist(s) & Sr Data Scientist(s).
• Develop power point presentations to communicate key insights, recommendations to the stakeholders
• Understand the stakeholder needs, prioritize and manage the day to day tasks accordingl
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously depending on the requirements
• Motivate, mentor and coach the junior members on the team and help them grow
• Conduct training programs to develop subject matter expertise in the team
• Be involved in the decision making and make significant contributions across key initiatives to help grow the team

• Deep expertise in working with a variety of healthcare data sets
• Expert knowledge of SAS ,SQL or other statistical and database software, including R and Python
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to and fielding
