Job Details

• Understand ad-hoc business requirement emanating from region, regulators or local business units
• Identify underline data requirement and Prepare Functional Specs
• Build Solution Design and develop the solution by using appropriate tool/technology including SAS, VBA, MS Excel and BI Tools.
• Send sample data for UAT and Complete the delivery post sign-off
• ability to understand the business, develop data-driven solutions to address business problems and independently manage end-to-end project communication with business partners
• The individual should possess the ability to work in teams and display a proactive learning attitude
• We are looking for Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working in teams with high growth potential and involved in transitioning the highly complex and critical projects
• A flexible, positive and mature mindset to deal with ambiguities of complex business problems is a must

• Graduate /MCA from reputed institute with good understanding of SQL, Microsoft office, SAS or any other programming language and ability to manage large data.
• 5-10 years of experience in MIS, System Development or in data analytics.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Presentation of results: The individual would be expected to independently design presentations to summarize the result of MIS deep dive/analysis
• Business Knowledge: develop an understanding of the domain/function
• The individual is expected to develop domain expertise in his/her work area
• Teamwork: Develop cross-site relationships to enhance leverage of ideas
• Exposure to company products, Incentive calculations would be an added advantage
• Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
