• Experience with understanding and synthesizing DATA requirements
• Support the automation and streamlining of tasks related to the preparation of Regulatory Reports
• Support of Report Owner responsibilities including understanding the implementation needs resulting from report instruction changes, and partnering with support groups to improve the control
• Provide support related to the meaningful assessments of IT control environments impacted by financial, risk, and regulatory reporting
• Support compliance assessment with Companys COSO based policies for IT controls impacted by internal controls over financial reporting and strategic planning for on-going IT control compliance with COSO policies
• Assist with the monitoring of new and emerging internal controls related guidance and issues and assisting with facilitating group-wide training to interested and impacted stakeholders
• Provide consultation and subject matter expertise for process and IT control related matters including evaluating severity of control deficiencies and related remediation efforts
• Provide process and control support for projects
• Provide information and/or support to external auditors, regulators and others on control related matters
• Support change for continual improvement of the control environment
• Support the functional and technical requirements definition for technology enablement initiatives identified by Management
• Develop and implement test strategies and approaches for technology enablement solutions deployed
• Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders
• Assisting with projects impacting the team

• Ability to perform expected results testing by building SQL-based queries would be a plus

• Qualified CA/CFA/ICWA/MBA Up to 9 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics and reporting
• Qualified CA/CFA/ICWA/MBA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business and 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting
• Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment
• Experience with general ledgers and accounting policies
• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory reporting: Federal Reserve, OCC, and SEC
• Knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, financial reporting systems, legal entities, and role of regulatory authorities
• Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into clear and concise communications
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Strong research and documentation skills
• Knowledge and understanding of capital markets: business and processes
• 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Financial Reporting, project management, IT consulting, or strategic planning
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, such as:?Automate Excel-related tasks with using VBA
• Well versed with Collection Objects (Array, Dictionary, List, Range) supported in VBA
• Ability to create basic form in Excel to fetch information from user
• Big four public accounting experience
• Project management experience or certification
