Job Details

• To work closely with senior members of the finance and business teams to drive data provisioning and enhance data quality, in a high-profile and change-oriented team.
• Evaluate aggregate data risks within the group and define and maintain appropriate control schemes for managing that risk. Further ensure that controls are implemented and tested for effectiveness, and support the ongoing monitoring of these.
• Engaging with the Operations and Data Quality team to perform thematic analysis of data incidents and issues.
• Using strong analytical and problem solving skills, to ensure that any risks, control gaps or data quality issues are addressed by establishing remedial plans, and monitoring actions to ensure delivery of these within agreed timelines.

• Post graduate degree with 5-6 years of experience, with 2-4 years being in the financial industry in a Data business Analyst role, or similar.
• Experience of working with Business Intelligence tools like Informtica, Alteryx and Power BI will be advantageous.
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Data Management and data quality concepts.
• Possess strong facilitation, oral and written communication skills along with effective presentation skills and have the ability to build strong relationships that allows you to influence clients and stakeholders
