• Has worked as a developer or architect in technology implementation projects related to data integration
• Hands on experience in managing application upgrades and tool evaluation
• Exposure to Process modeling tools such as ARIS, iGrafx, etc
• Hands on experience developing data dashboards using data visualization tools.
• Has good stakeholder management skills.
• Works quickly with a high level of accuracy Big Picture perspective / Understands level of detail required, distinguishes relevant from irrelevant information accurately
• Has good interpersonal skills and is confident in dealing with business users
• Ability to manage data, good MS office skills Including Excel & PowerPoint

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to synthesize and summarize large amounts of information, derive the implications, and present them in an effective way, ideally in the banks environment
• Extensive experience designing and managing large-scale business functional processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Advanced business translation skills the ability to turn structured and unstructured data into actionable insights that drive business decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience playing a lead role in cross functional or enterprise wide teams and developing collaborative working relationships with a variety of constituents.
• Solid experience working closely with senior leaders across the enterprise.
