• Responsible for performing highly complex activities related to business analysis and/or modeling.
• Responsible for senior level consulting partnerships including delivery of findings and recommendations.
• Helping to create the advanced analytics capability
• Work with stakeholders across the enterprise to learn what questions and issues they have about their processes and how we can apply advanced techniques to the data in order to provide answers and increased understanding
• Design and develop models using state of the art techniques to address the questions and issues identified
• Summarize and present analysis, results, and conclusions to senior leaders
• Share knowledge across the Enterprise BPM Analytics team and mentor junior team members
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization and Alteryx
• Work with AI technology and production teams to operationalize
• Identify and lead the evaluation of new software techniques and technologies, which could have practical applications on use-cases. Also identify new applications for machine learning across the company and work with business partners to pilot
• Manage a portfolio of the data science projects including the following responsibilities, Finalize project scope,On-going touch-base with business partners and governance stakeholders,Ensure project quality and delivery timelines, Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, , , engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
• Partner with LOB business executives to frame the problem, manage the model development process, and business relationship
• (3+) years of experience using quantitative machine learning techniques
• (4+) years of statistical modeling experience
• (4+) years of development experience with languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or R
• (3+) years of Natural Language Processing (NLP) experience and Text Analytics.
• Fluent in Machine Learning techniques: Regression, Trees, Clustering, Neural Networks, Anomaly Detection, time series analysis, Predictive Analysis etc.
• API programming experience with Perl, XML, REST or JSON
• Fluent in Python, Scala, SQL, PL/SQL
• Fluent in TensorFlow, Keras, NLP libraries
• Common NLP techniques, such as
• Pre-processing (tokenization, part-of-speech tagging, parsing, stemming)
• Semantic analysis (named entity recognition, sentiment analysis)
• Modeling and word representations (RNN / ConvNets, TF-IDF, LDA, Word2Vec).
• Working with data science analytic tools (like Data Robot or other vendor tools)
• Hands on experience writing data processing and data pipeline for model development including gathering and building datasets to collect intents, joining and aggregating different kinds of data, cleaning messy data, designing feedback loop on data needs.
• Experience with active learning and reinforcement learning.
• Experience in supervised, un-supervised and hybrid model creation.
• Provide technical advice to other members of the team and across the organization on topics including machine learning algorithms, hyper-parameter tuning/search, and traversing across multiple data platforms
• Experience building AI solutions that have been implemented/productionalized
• Experience creating best practices and standards around ML model deployment framework and socializing them with the community to ensure successful delivery of the models
