Responsible for executing and delivering a variety of desktop publishing and production projects for the global team, whilst having an excellent knowledge and understanding of our brand and style guidelines.
Interpret briefs from the regional Design Leads to produce impactful presentations and other documents, taking into consideration layout and design fundamentals; production of suites of templates for funds, deals and projects using predefined specifications; typesetting and layout of investor reports and financial statements; desktop publishing (PowerPoint slides, Word documents, Excel templates); and document and template audits as required.
Responsible for checking for accuracy, style and consistency using predefined guidelines; document troubleshooting; producing design options for new and existing documents as required; and ad-hoc creative design and production tasks such as maps, timelines and photo-editing.

• Experience in a similar desktop publishing role and have experience delivering requests in a timely manner and to a high standard.
• Need to be an intermediate level designer in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint and Word) and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrate an ability to be collaborative with good interpersonal skills, have the ability to work with multiple workstreams in different geographies, and have an exceptional eye for detail, consistency and layout fundamentals (balance, composition).
• Understanding of HTML and CSS, and experience with video production and editing will be preferred
