Build and monitor apparal, footwear and accessories assortments according to regional needs
Contribute to all aspects of Product Development activities
Execute and implement brand strategies
Spot market and business opportunities as part of the Go to market calendar
Execute seasonal line release activities
Identify and assist in developing quick response products
Offer input to the brands annual plan
Stay informed on customer trends and what is selling both globally and regionally
Gain a complete understanding of our competition and their pricing strategies for multiple markets
Participate in fit test and line adopt meetings

• Very strong communication skills includes presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong team player with the ability to build and coach high performing teams
• Analyze and interpret selling/consumer data to inform the brief
• Create the category brief with market-specific requirements
• Collaborates with partners to execute the brand vision
• Bachelors degree in related discipline
• Minimum 10 years direct merchandising experience working at an apparel manufacturer or marketer
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
