Job Details

Lead the execution of the change management strategy including conducting a thorough assessment of the scope of change and assessing the impact on existing operations, as well as preparing the corresponding communication plan to ensure key stakeholders are informed.
Required to establish and maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders in the finance function globally through excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills.
Support the project manager in planning, business process design, project governance and preparation of the target operating model.
Work with the project managers and key stakeholders to set and maintain a robust set of controls and standards and l prepare status and governance reports for projects.
Co-ordinate the regional governance program to ensure all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities for the project.
Mobilising and recruiting for the Projects and Change team and will be required to effectively manage the performance of the team to ensure that key deliverables are met efficiently and to a high standard

• CA or a Bachelor of Commerce with a CPA, ICWA or MBA certification
• 14-16 years of post-qualification experience in finance with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of finance processes and systems, specifically in regulatory reporting.
• Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional or Prince 2 will be preferred
