Leadership of local agile development squad in Mumbai
Participation in Design and code reviews.
Knowledge sharing with our global team.
Partnering with vendors/stake-holders to ensure high quality delivery
Participate in transforming the firm towards a Data Driven culture.
Work on new technologies in areas such as knowledge graph, cloud governance etc. and access experts in the wide range of technologies.
Develop domain expertise in the Financial Services Industry via stakeholder interactions, industry forums and events.
Work in an open environment and solve business problems with the innovative use of technology.

• Minimum of 10 years experience in back-end development, preferably Java, Python, RESTful web services, APIs
• Core Java 8, Design Patterns, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, Micro Services, XML, Linux
• Agile software development practices, TDD, Continuous Integration
• Strong understanding and proven experience in software design and architecture
• Performance Tuning / Performance Analysis of applications
• Prior experience of Development Leadership role involving 3-5 member teams.
• Track record of building, delivering and maintaining enterprise applications
• Excellent communication skills and experience working as part of a global team and interacting with business users
• Any prior experience with Data Governance tools like Collibra
• Web Development (Angular, JavaScript, HTML5)
• RDF/ SPARQL/ GraphQL, Graph databases or other NOSQL databases
