Managing the overall operations of Iron Mines on production of Iron-Ore to meet customer's requirements as per ABP & LTP.
To plan and execute the Mining operation with optimum utilization of resources for supply of ROM to meet the overall requirement of Iron Ore with 100 % compliance of company policy and Statutory requirement.
Development & Production from Mine as per Annual Excavation Plan/ Long Term Plan.
Ensure safety of men and machinery by following SOPs and SWPs
Plan and execute deployment of men and machinery to achieve shift level targets.
Compliance of the statutory/regulatory requirements in relation to safety, environment, forest and other applicable laws
Effective utilization of Fleet Management System
Ensure Safety standard as per Cos norms
Excavation quality as per ABP
Excavation quantity as per ABP
Monitor deviation and inform mining operation
Assist in preparation of Notices/ Returns to Govt. Agencies
Insurance of companys vehicle Coordination with Legal Metrology Department for renewal of Licences/approvals
Coordination with DMO for Mining related matters
Maintaining all records pertaining to DMO Office, WRD, Legal-metrology, Vehicular Insurance etc.
Registration of companys vehicle, payment of Motor vehicle taxes

• BE/BTech Mining with 1st class Certificate of competency with 5-10 Years in Open cast metal Mines operation.
• Knowledge of face operations, drilling, blasting, strata support
• Safety hazards and mitigation measures in open cast working
• Thorough understanding of Mines Act, MMR, and related acts.
• Understanding of improvements framework
• Working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, etc.
