• Data input and management
• Work closely with the “Data Providers” and warehouse owners to manage and execute data quality audits
• Oversee bulk data uploads
• Implement automated data input processes and integration initiatives
• Data quality
• Ownership of data cleansing to ensure excellent data quality
• Manage and drive data quality and integrity through checks and validations
• Monitor Data Quality Issue log, collate data quality issues and drive remediation
• Manage reconciliation processes, including automation, and resolve open issues
• Reporting & Investor Portal
• Deliver reports (scheduled and adhoc)
• Configure and maintain automated and semi-automated reports
• Deliver the timely provision of accurate and complete data to investors through MIRA’s Investor Portal
• Interpret and use data sources with a good aptitude for analysis and excellent problem-solving skills
• Run what-if scenarios for different reporting
• Change management
• Assist with interpretation of new requirements, validations
• Support ad-hoc requirements from business
• Identify further opportunities to improve processes
• Ability to oversee all data and find inconsistencies across the board

• Minimum 8-12 years of post-qualification experience
• Very strong MS Office skills; particularly Advanced Excel Skills
• Have an organised and focussed work ethic
• Have a strong desire to work closely with the business and technology teams
• Be able to work in an environment that has changing priorities
• Strong relationship building skills
• Previous experience in the Financial Services industry
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• The ability and self-confidence to work independently
• Relevant Fund accounting/reporting/analytics work experience
• Good analytical skills with demonstrated experience in effective problem solving
• A team player who works effectively with peers and stakeholders at all levels
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity and ability to work with global remote teams
• Ability to be agile and proactive and who can articulate information effectively
