Designation Manager - Change & Comms - With Leading Banking Industry Client
Job Description
  • Support the GCC program and the India set up lead to ensure the CBA India entity is setup for scale
  • Ensure all local change and communication activities are designed and delivered
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the scale, scope and complexity of the change impact on the business, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.
  • Develop fit-for-purpose change plans that enable a set up and establishment of the India organisation
  • Design employee on-boarding and key employee experience elements in partnership with HR
  • Deliver effective change solutions that maximise change adoption and proficiency while mitigating people impacts and risks. This may include designing a training approach or determining how best to partner with and influence business supplied resources.
  • Equip business leaders to embed the changes sustainably (eg advice, coaching, options and recommendations).
  • Effectively manage stakeholders and influence them towards the right outcomes.
  • Develop and execute communications that facilitates stakeholder engagement at all required levels, including design and development of collaterals.
  • Engage constructively with project forums and governance requirements (eg reporting, supplying data, scrum ceremonies, home team VMBs and project retros etc).
  • Actively participate in OCM team activities (e.g. team meetings, working groups, continuous improvement initiatives and sharing learnings).
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements.
Desired Profile
  • Experienced with developing and implementing OCM plans in complex programs
  • Aptitude for iterative planning and flexible approach to ensure critical activities are delivered.
  • Evidence of delivering fit for purpose/cost-effective change solutions
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
  • Previous experience with setting up an entity or being involved in the growth phase of an organization
  • Turn around (e.g. resolving inherited business challenges, turning around a struggling business area/team or improving customer service measures (ICSM or External Customer Surveys))
  • Organisational change (e.g. leading, managing or contributing to a strategic refocus, a restructure, an acquisition/merger or change management)
  • Risk management (e.g. managing financial, customer and reputation risks or risk processing/reporting)
  • People management (e.g. leading a large team, developing others, handling difficult staffing and customer situations)
