Job Details

• Accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting through inhouse team and third parties in adherence to Ind AS & IFRS.
• Co-ordinate month end close process including Trial Balance and Schedules review.
• Preparation of Annual Statutory Financial Statements as per Ind AS along with Segment Results, Notes to Accounts and variance vs Prior Year
• Coordination with auditors for timely completion of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and IFC Audit
• Lead Risk Management process for ETS, complete compliance with the Global Controls Framework & Schedule of Authority.
• Lead Centralised Purchase Order requisition hub - PO release to vendors, GRIR review and Accruals posting
• Leader Centralised Intercompany hub – Service Level Agreements, Invoicing, payment follow ups and transfer pricing compliance

• Independent hands on experience in managing Financials - P/L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statements as per Ind AS of large-size organization
• Strong understanding of risk and controls
• Ability to lead large teams without hierarchy, including demonstrated peer leadership
• Demonstrated process simplification/process excellence experience
• Excellent communication & Stakeholder management skills
