Job Details

• Perform exploratory tests, collaborate with engineers to identify, prioritize and resolve issues.
• Develop test and automation frameworks to help scale and manage testing scope
• Participation in UAT with right set of critical automation test scenarios
• Provides guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to automation objectives
• Maintains a working knowledge of new technology and automation standards & practices
• Collaborates with IT management to define and develop documentation & automation artifact standards, guidelines, processes, and templates.
• Experience with open source technologies including but not limited to Selenium, Appium and RestAssured.
• Proven ability to use Java, SQL and general database utilities in order to configure and manipulate automated test scripts and compare baseline and test execution outputs
• Experience using Eclipse IDE to develop automation solutions
• Strong source code management principle understanding, using GIT/Stash including branching and merging practices.
• Experience using test management tools such as HP Quality Center, Microsoft test manager or something similar.
• Must be able to build, catalog, maintain, and execute ever-larger sets of automated scripts to assist in regression testing weekly software builds
• Proficiency in providing clear Automated Results Reports based on test cycles
• VSTS CI/CD experience, or like experience using other technologies.

• 8+ years of manual and automation testing experience
• Test Automation using Selenium Webdriver/ Appium Test Automation Frameworks.
• Experience with unit testing, business layer testing and system integration testing.
• Experience with Performance testing is a plus
• Strong programming skills in Java/C#
• Hands on experience in unit test framework like TestNG/JUnit /NUnit/MSTest
• Should have strong SQL skills and experience in using any Version Control tools like GIT, SVN
• Experience in CI tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, Teamcity etc.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies, ATDD/BDD
• Experience and working knowledge of Agile Development Practices, iterative development and methodologies
• Ability to perform Code reviews
