Job Details

• Proven track record of defining detailed requirements in the telecom domain
• Comprehensive domain knowledge in 5G/LTE/SRAN/Cloud BTS
• Exposure to performance KPI for cellular networks and their usage for capacity management in RAN
• Knowledge on Mobile Network Slicing is preferred
• Architecture skills to drive and evolve the system architecture
• Ability to define workflows and use cases based on the experience and understanding of how networks are operated
• Strong knowledge in SDN, NFV and leveraging related cloud technologies for product development
• Ability to understand customer perspective and end use cases to define product behaviour
• Good understanding of EMSs and application of cloud-based IT principles like slicing resources in the networking domain

• Strong communications skills to interact with the R&D organization, PLMs and where necessary, customers
• Self driven, independent and passionate with a strong sense of ownership
• Thought leadership in driving technical solutions for the product
• Team player with strong focus to contribute to overall team success
• Prior experience in working with multi-site teams
