Job Details

• Global Certification operations (Certificates of Conformity) based in India;
• Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators to drive day-to-day activities and ensure a timely delivery with consistently reliable Certification results;
• Efficiently communicate with different internal teams (Operations, Quality Assurance, Sales) in order to support their technical needs, provide them with industry and regulatory information
• Maintain and manage internal technical knowledge regarding consumer goods certification;
• Support the development of new procedures related to new technical regulations;
• Manage technical regulations and standards monitoring;
• Provide high level internal and external technical consultation;
• Act as a technical contact for large clients in India and work closely with Sales team to manage relationship with Key clients;

• An Engineering Degree, or in any related field to Compliance and Certification;
• Solid technical experience in a certification industry issuing Certificates of Conformity;
• A proven track record in managing a large size teams (20+ people) to achieve performance goals;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Macros, VBA);
• Great ability to mitigating conflict and proven problem-solving skills;
• Excellent time management, enabling you to work to tight deadlines;
• Solid ability to understand and to interpret international regulations and standards;
• Have excellent writing, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent English skills;
