• AP Platform administration
• Monitor system processes and interfaces including alerts and indicators
• Perform reconciliation of files transferred between interfaces
• Coordinate user access reviews
• Perform Period Open and Close activities
• Perform core AP configuration activities
• Release management (quarterly product update cycle & adhoc)
• Review release notes to identify changes and new functionality
• Plan and execute test cycles including regression tests
• Maintain test scripts
• Compile test data
• Coordinate with FMG and Tech control room
• Coordinate with upstream, /downstream stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver end user comms and training
• Create and update documentation
• User support
• Triage, resolve and escalate user support requests
• Review and initiate user access requests for Tech to provision
• Prepare and deliver end user communication and training
• Create and update documentation
• Responsible for the quarterly product update cycle
• All activities relating to Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly patching cycle
• Release notes published in advance, identify updates that may have potential impact and require targeted testing and regression testing
• Eg: Update will change the pay cycle UI -> test, confirm, determine impacts, update DI’s
• Identify new functionality that could be beneficial to the business, evaluate whether to adopt
• Define quarterly plan, allocate regular resources, publish timelines, execute
• Eg: Update will introduce BPAY functionality -> evaluate, understand, configure, test, proof of concept, demo, gain approval, implement
• Execute required testing across the global platform
• Work with technical and business Users across multiple systems
• Take project documentation and adopt for the ongoing business as usual activity
• Ensure quality testing by using realistic and accurate test data
• End-to-end testing across fusion ERP will require working across all disciplines
• Testing across multiple systems eg Coupa, Concur, FAS, HSBC etc
• Housekeeping, documentation reporting activities
• Eg Introduction of a new AP BU will involve multiple activities across multiple streams & systems and should follow a typical project life cycle

• 7+ years’ experience
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud with preferred P2P experience
• Experience in handling BAU support for Oracle fusion
• Experience in quarterly release cycles and managing it with different stake holders to complete the release
• Experience in test cycles, writing test scripts and running unit/regression integration test
• Planning BAU, system configurations, fulfilling customer requirements and meeting deadlines
• Awareness of ERP systems and integrations
• Experience using My Oracle Support
• Knowledge of Jira, Service Now and other support tools
• Able to work independently
• Able to lead a group of testers through a test cycle
• Functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay
• Certification in Oracle Fusion cloud is preferred
