Job Details

• Design, develop, implement the coding for IT Solution as per business requirement, and promote business efficiency improvement.
• Transformation solution implementation and promotion: Project operation management, project deployment management, and continuous operation.
• Proactively manage and maintain security standards and controls.
• Actively seek to optimize and simplify the deployment architectures in various projects.
• Take ownership of performance and capacity monitoring aspects of the IT Solution.
• Execution of data migration jobs and scripts as required.
• Microsoft, Power BI etc tool development.
• Interact with Requirements, Coding, Policy and Testing team to ensure execution of projects.
• Be persistent, creative problem solver.
• Understand business need and know how to create the tools to manage them.
• Ensure SLA's & operational KPI’s are met, working as necessary with internal and external support functions when major incidents occur.

• Have successful experience in project management and Internet app development, and have successful experience in implementing Oracle EBS or SAP ERP software.
• Good problem solver, focused and dedicated developer with ability to work on your own as well as with a team.
• Be familiar with the general IT development process and IT solution design, and have certain macro tools or Microsoft Power-BI development capabilities.
• Have skills in business process development, training, and deployment, have strong expression capabilities, and have strong service awareness.
• Web services, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET or other integration technologies.
• 5+ yrs of experience in Oracle EBS / SAP ERP
• Bachelor Degree in IT with 7+ years working experience in Design, Build, Test and Deploy integration solutions.
