Job Details

• Responsible for complete maintenance activity of all HEMM and support machinery in mines, managing inventory of spares & lubricants, maintaining the mines maintenance cost within budget, and for replacement & rebuilt of all equipment in mines.
• To Plan and execute maintenance schedule for all HEMM and support machines in mines
• To Co-ordinate availability HEMM and mining equipment for planned maintenance activities.
• Analyze and evaluate maintenance - identify gaps and implement initiatives to optimize productivity levels
• Complete the maintenance within timelines and to maintain maintenance cost within budget
• To Keep records for maintenance activities of all machines
• Control compliance to FMC/AMC of equipment as per ordered terms & condition and responsible for all statutory obligations with respect to maintenance activities in mines.

• Through knowledge of Managing of shift operation
• Knowledge of safety towards man and machines is mandatory
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Ability to collaborate in teams
• Flexible & able to adjust to changing priorities and organizational change
• Knowledge of company H&S policy, procedures and practices.
