• Hands on experience in “Risk identification” and remediation.
• Audit management - SPOC for Securities Services stream linking with ITO R&C, Work with the team to get the required artefacts for RFI and validate before updating open Audit actions - close tracking
• Ensure Stability - TWG/PGC items - Various Stability items like Incidents, L3, Manual activities
• Ensure Risk RCRs are properly managed - Tech related - cover the RCRs
• Ensure CIO Risk forum parameters management - Change, audit actions, Change metrices hygiene, TDA items
• Finance - TPS Costs - work on reducing TPS costs - activities like allocation, review cost reduction possibilities and then work with domains to highlight opportunities
• Driving an effective risk & governance mechanism thereby ensuring timely & accurate identification and reporting of technology and operational risks through control education, review of metrics and facilitation of risk and control self-assessments
• Co-ordinate all key risk activities and demonstrate a good understanding of the top and material risks within the business
• Assist in implementing and deploying an effective control risk self-assessment framework
• Act as central point of contact between the key stakeholders including internal audit, compliance, third party management etc

• Ideal candidate must have proven credentials of delivering in technology delivery organizations.
• With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent discipline, he/she must have relevant experience fulfilling responsibilities of the position.
• Must be a confident self-starter with ability to collaborate and devise solutions.
• Relevant industry certification preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks is required.
• 10+ years’ experience in financial services, with hands on experience in Technology
• Experience in designing and developing, implementing, and managing technology risk programs and activities
• Experience knowledge of IT risks and controls
• Hands on experience on Cybersecurity (e.g. access management, data security, etc.), availability (e.g. incident and change management, capacity management), and business continuity risks and controls.
• Strong knowledge of risk management processes
• Proficiency in data analysis, i.e. identifying relevant sources of data, performing analysis and report on findings
• Highly articulate with strong communication skills
• Consistently able to produce high quality deliverable's while working under pressure to tight deadlines and ambiguity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous adaptability is required
• Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to make good / sound decisions and use independent judgement.
• Strong reasoning, analytical and inter-personal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Good track record of communicating effectively with both business and IT staff at all levels.
• Good presentation skills.
