• Influence and optimize the purchasing spend of Raw Materials for all manufacturing locations in India. Deliver cost improvement targets and look at sustainable CIPs
• Should have experience of implementing SAP HANA
• Responsible for Material Planning for all Materials basis the Production Plan.
• Closely coordinate with Plant Store In-charges to ensure material availability.
• Process-based sourcing (e.g., RFI/RFQ/RFP, direct negotiations etc.)
• Identify and implement methods to reduce cycle times, improve supplier performance and optimize supply chain deliverables for Sourcing
• New Vendor Development to support business requirements.
• Would be the Sourcing representative in key NPD/NPI projects.
• Expand robust BCP for critical materials/suppliers and coordinate with R&D.
• Mitigate supplier issues along with R&D and QC.
• Thorough financial and/or quantitative modeling for India spend

• We are looking for a candidate with 5-8 years of experience in procurement/supply chain from reputed FMCG companies
• The improvements on cash flow: actual cost savings, cost avoidances, or efficiency gains.
• The effectiveness of the materials supply chain: inventory levels, lead-times etc.
• Performance of the supplier base: OTIP, Quality, General Compliance
• Process improvements: e-sourcing, performance tracking, agreement implementation etc.
• Innovations delivered via interventions thru supplier enabled innovation
• Purchasing skills/insights provided to internal business partners
