• Inspection of New and Existing Plant Structures
• Review of NDT reports, supervising and monitoring NDT activities, Maintaining of Quality records, Interpretation of standards and codes in drawings.
• Mapping of corrosion, vibration issues, sagging, cracks, missing members, damaged parts etc for the inspected structures.
• Understanding and interpreting Levelling, alignment, Geometric accuracies related inspection.
• Understanding of Load, Vibration and missing members implication on structural health.

• Inspection of New and Existing Plant Structures
• Maintaining Inspection compliance as per Annual Business Plan Target
• Inter-disciplinary co-ordination for smooth work flow for Inspection and keep view on critical repairs
• Team Building and Daily Management with employees & vendor partners
• Promote Safe Work Culture
• On time Inspection of various in-service steel structures , covering Technological Structures, Building Steel Structures and other Associated Structures, so as to understand its health to initiate timely interventions and prevent deterioration of such structures.
• Will also be responsible for executing and monitoring acceptable level of inspection parameters for rapid and detailed inspection for any location based on production / environment impact on structure life.
• Assist in RCFA Analysis of any failure in structures under his/ her control.
