• Understand the design of complex S/4HANA scenarios
• Analyze data using advanced reporting tools or writing SQL scripts
• Translate business requirements into effective solutions that meet the business objectives
• Develop and execute test cases and create functional documentation
• Learn new technologies to support the reporting strategy
• Enhance, create, or modify ABAP CDS views in cases where standard CDS views are not sufficient
• Design and build data visualizations and dashboards with S/4HANA analytical tools, Business Objects (AfO, Lumira), and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Support the full application life cycle including incidents and change requests
• Contribute to the improvement and optimization of reporting development processes to ensure a stable and high-quality development life cycle

• Minimum 4 years of SAP report development experience with and technical knowledge using
• ABAP CDS, Embedded BW, HANA native (graphical or scripted), NetWeaver ABAP
• Fiori tools, BO, AfO, Design Studio/Lumira, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar visualization tools
• planning tools such as BPC or SAC is a plus
• Good understanding of the SAP reporting product portfolio
• Deep understanding of and experience with the application lifecycle process, including planning, design, implementing, testing and releasing new versions
• Experience with incident and change management processes
• Hands-on experience applying agile project management methodologies like Scrum
• Experience in supporting business users in project and operational activities
• Knowledge of and experience with application testing which includes a solid grasp of unit, integration, regression, and performance testing
• Understanding and prior experience with applying DevOps concepts is a plus
• Understanding of financial accounting and financial processes
• Hands-on experience with analytical technologies in large, robust environments is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter willing to develop new ideas

• Able to deal with ambiguity and influence positive outcomes
