Functional Competencies

Responsibility

• Understanding customer needs and customer behaviour through research, customer feedback analysis, click stream analysis, and direct interactions with customers.
• Understanding business problems and define technical solution to the problem
• Understanding of product development life cycle
• Defining and analyzing product metrics regularly, and use the learning for product innovations and improvements.
• Working closely with Engineering, Research, Quality Assurance, Design and Marketing teams to create synergies leading to a high quality product.
• Creating product specifications documents and conducting product specification reviews with key stakeholders such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Design & others.
• Ensuring timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and execution

• Exposure to consumer digital products is mandatory – preferably in managing consumer websites
• 1 – 3 years of good working experience with pedigree
• If not from good pedigree, experience must be of 2 – 5 years
