• Coordination with Sales team for business objectives.
• Should know English & local language.
• Excellent presentation & Communication Skills for addressing big gathering of Engineer, Architects & Projects heads.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to manage & drive results from a team of Technical officers.
• Ready to travel extensively.

• Responsible for organisations Technical services in the Region
• Key influencer management i.e. Higher Govt officials, Project Heads, Consultants & Engineer/Architects for relationship building & business generation
• Key customers management i.e. Builder’s, RMC’s & Construction companies for smooth operation & new business generation
• Provide highly technical services to big customers i.e. Concrete Trials Mix design, Onsite special training etc
• Responsible to attend Critical complaints and close it on time by providing technical solutions.
• Visit big Wholesaler & Retail dealers to understand their expectations & improve service level
• Ensure brand approval form Govt departments, Infra projects & big construction sites as per expectation of sales
• Ensure to achieve the visit & the conversion target for the region
• Represent organisation by giving Technical presentation in Engineer/ Architects/ Consultant/ RMC/Structural Engineer Meet
• Responsible for executing all regular & mass relationship building activities.
• Responsible for monthly Influencer data & Influencer feedback for the region
• Initiatives to promote PPC, Special/ Premium cement to both internal and external customers
• Conduct training programme for Influencers, Dealers and Retailers for construction practices & new products
• Ensure to compile & send competitors’ information & samples for Benchmarking.
• Manage & drive results from Technical officers of the region
• Ensure On-time daily, weekly & Monthly reports and information as per the requirement of the organization.
