Job Details

• Works with Technical SMEs and architects to create solution and generating value adds for customers
• Working effective POCs and proactive pitches e.g. POVs etc.
• Confirming and understanding the customer needs and requirements
• Tailoring demos / workshops / presentations in line with value prop and win themes
• Demonstrating business related solutions ranging from vanilla ADM services around UI technologies
• Taking ownership of the consulting cycle from initial customer engagement to execution further

• Can probe the customer and ask relevant questions to get the necessary clarifications on requirements and conveys the same to technical solution teams
• Able to make a presentation of the solution to the client along with win themes
• Attending and where applicable leading meetings at all levels with customers, other stakeholders
• Extremely strong written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing roles
• In-depth requirement understanding skills with strong analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal effectiveness, and positive attitude
• Very Good team player with experience of working in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams & working within a matrix structure to harness capabilities of the team and craft a winning proposal
• Exposure in handling UI Projects
