Job Details

• To work closely with Sales & Marketing team to ensure volume targets are met or exceeded;
• To work closely with Operations, Quality & Logistics team to ensure proper throughput & timely dispatch.
• Help build new customers base for this product by organizing influencer’s meet on defined frequencies;
• Undertake product focused ATL / BTL activities with Marketing to generate visibility of product & resulting into leads;
• Organise various influencer’s activities like plumbers meet, dealers meet, architects meet, PWD / CPWD / railways Engineers meet, etc. to create awareness about the product & its specs;
• Develop appropriate pricing & discounting structure with Marketing, by retaining margins;
• Develop alternative distribution network to increase volumes & market share of this product, like private sector org, MNC’s, etc.
• Make Region / State wise competition profiling of this product segment for proper decision making;
• Manage, nurture & develop a Team of young professionals for business & their personal growth
• Hands on knowledge of various Marketing activities
• Excellent knowledge of B2B Go-To-Market Models
• Excellent analytical & Project Management skills
• Sound knowledge of various type of Marketing
• Approaches like Direct, Relationship marketing, Digital marketing, etc.
