• Serve as a hands-on SME and mentor to the infrastructure Cloud team on IAAS, PAAS, Windows, Active Directory, Vmware & Nutanix
• Responsible for the operation/administration and maintenance of our infrastructure environment/s, and give inputs from Architecture and design perspective
• Benchmark cloud costs and establish and maintain cost monitoring and control of our Azure environment.
• Champion our automation efforts to improve operations and enable rapid and continuous delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
• Establish and maintain life-cycle management procedures to keep technology current and retire technical debt.
• Create and keep our standard policies and procedures up to date and relevant.
• Maintain & Manage our infrastructure on Azure, AWS (AMAZON) and Nutanix platforms.
• Responsible for directing disaster recovery, business continuity planning, testing and auditing.
• Oversee the internal service desk and desktop support efforts to control costs and delight our internal customers.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure contract compliance and maximize the value proposition of our third-party partners. Identify emerging/innovative partners and negotiate terms to advance the technical and service delivery goals of the company.
• Keep security in the forefront of all our efforts and hold the team and others in the enterprise accountable for the secure operation of our technical resources.

• Minimum 8 years of overall hands-on technical experience, systems / server experience
• Extensive experience automating system tasks and infrastructure
• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD) and Agile methodologies
• Azure storage and backup experience.
• Azure network experience, VPN and Express Route, Azure DNS, Traffic Manager, and load balancing.
• Experience designing, planning and implementing Azure environments.
• Strong Proficiency in all the services offered by Microsoft Azure including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure and knowledge on other competitive platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Operational experience in the O365 ecosystem.
