• Understand and shape the Sourcing Strategy and Mission
• Develop & implement plans to materialize Sourcing Strategy and Execute Sourcing Key Initiatives like T1 Consolidation, Speed to The Market, Regional Sourcing, identification & development of vertically integrated factories, Measurable Performance / Score card etc.
• Assess the Sourcing operational and strategic performance
• Benchmark competition to identify threats and opportunities
• Align processes (SOP/SLA), resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
• Provide support and insight into significant business changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus categories, Specific Art Growth, Capacity Planning etc.).
• Construct forecasts and analytical models at T1 & T2 Level
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes

• Proven experience of >10 years as a Strategic Planner
• Understanding of market research and data analysis
• Knowledge of business operations and procedures
• Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• MBA in Business Administration, Operation, Finance; Footwear Sourcing background is a plus
