Job Details

• Knowledge of ITIL experience, working with internal and external cross-divisional team members, preferably with IS projects
• Strong working knowledge on any ITSM system is essential.
• Support Project management activities and the PMO team in capacity management, financial reporting, task order operations and quality operations.
• Process Documentation/Flowcharts and creating SOP's around Service Management.
• Ability to learn and understand business requirements, issues and processes and lead decision making in the application of technology to drive business imperatives in line with Global IS standards and processes
• Participate in the development of business and IS strategic plans
• Positively challenge and question requestors on needs and benefits
• Assist in the development and provision of metrics used to track value delivery
• Identify opportunities where conflicts/synergies/redundancies exist between business capabilities and systems to improve IS effectiveness

• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with both divisional leaders and technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good business acumen and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of project management techniques, PPM tool, ITSM Systems is required
• PMP or any other Project Management certification is of added advantage
• Demonstrated professional experience in IS and/or other related business discipline is required
• Ability to understand systems, interrelationships and recommend enhancements, and building IT strategy
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, analytical, change management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across functions and build successful relationships in global matrix organization
• Awareness of current and future trends in the industry and competitors
