Designation Talent Management & Development - HR - With Leading Technology Industry Client
Job Description
  • Developing standard work processes for tracking progress and impact on program deployment of leadership development training, leadership assessment and new manager onboarding.
  • Create unique and novel marketing plans for building employment brand for career development.
  • Assess efficacy of new employee onboarding through analysis of survey data & help in tracking success of on-boarding of new joiners.
  • Help convert pulse survey feedback into HR actions along with HRBPs.
  • Manage the implementation of annual engagement survey deployment at IDC.
  • Develop standard work process for deployment of talent development analytics and dashboard for IDC.
  • Lead in creating the IDC Training Calendar & update on training participation.
  • Train teams on the common processes across IDC opcos: P4G, D4G, OTA, etc.
  • Ensure associates have SMART goal & development plans, partnering with HRBPs
  • Conduct regular checks on quality of goals & development plans & drive for continuous improvement.
  • Lead awareness sessions on Engagement Survey, administration of the survey assistance & post-survey feedback & action planning for all teams at IDC.
  • Co-own Talent assessment process for all teams along with respective Opco HRBPs at IDC.
  • Lead training needs identification with HRBPs & create team-based training plans for the year.
  • Support in special projects & Kaizens led by HR team.
  • Support D&I based initiatives (Diversity slate, trainings, DIWA) along with HRBPs.
Desired Profile
  • Overall HR experience between 8-12yrs with a Minimum of 6 years of experience of increasing responsibility and proven track record of designing and delivering TM, Learning and OD programs/processes with demonstrated success.
  • Strong leadership skills, even as an Individual Contributor. Ability to work independently with some direction from senior leadership.
  • Strong client-focused consulting skills and training delivery & facilitation capabilities.
  • Excellent business acumen, project management, critical thinking/analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to sway and influence at the leadership level.
  • Experience in the assessment of training needs using best-practice methods and tools.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with a variety of talent management processes and systems (such as performance management, succession planning, engagement, etc.).
  • Able to effectively identify needed change and shift gears comfortably & be flexible to meet business & team needs.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments with orientation towards achieving results and prioritize demands and deliver results in high energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with talent-related metrics and data analytics.
  • Experience with Workday (preferable), excel, PowerPoint, MS suite, Power BI( (preferable).
  • Communicates and collaborates with own team & others openly and clearly to ensure forward progress.
