Job Details

• In-depth understanding on the new market/segment/product category through market survey to improve overall sales performance with both short and long term objectives.
• Identify right growth opportunities for India, draw up and align winning entry strategies for new projects
• Develop sales tools and provide trainings to the sales team to implement market development initiatives
• Provide inputs and work with Product Managers, R&D and technical team for product development efforts for the new market development initiatives. Communicate to push for optimized performance, cost and supply.
• Work closely with sales team for initial business development, follow up the results and lead to strive for aligned targets.
• Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring marketing communications strategies which in line with global guidelines while addressing local business needs
• Plan and design programs to keep the competitive intelligence updated, support sales with corresponding competitor’s strategies.
• Report to Marketing Director APAC.

• Management level, metal working related background would be preferred
• Advanced strategic planning, project management and analytical experience
• Strong self-motivation and commitment, can be independently manage project and initiative
• Mature, strong people skills with teamwork spirit
• Aggressive and result oriented with strong enthusiasm and ownership spirit
• Strong communication and presentation skills
