Job Details

• Manager Dry Processing, is responsible for operation and maintenance of Dry plant, Joda for achieving the targets as per the ABP. He is responsible for regular inspection, monitoring and maintenance of all the equipment’s health in his area. Regular tracking of the sub-assembly and procurement of spares to ascertain their availability and reliability, to ensure smooth execution of both planned and unplanned maintenance activities by providing adequate and timely support of resources as desired.
• To ensure compliance of Annual Maintenance plan. He also needs to ensure day to day and weekly maintenance activities of Crushers, Screens and conveyors.
• To meet Safety, Cost, Quality and Throughput targets as per ABP
• To drive improvement activities in his area by Daily management, Total quality management, Total productive maintenance at shop floor. Monitor the operational parameters and optimize the efficiency of plant operation
• To find the root cause analysis of adverse KPI’s and initiate improvement projects. Manage the overall deployment of employees working in dry plant.
• Safety: Implementation of PSAP
• Dry fines production as per plan
• Ensuring plant availability and utilization
• Monitor Monitoring operational & Quality KPIs
• Handling of customer related issues as per MoU
• Total spare management of plant equipment’s including sub-assy.
• Planning and execution of shutdown activities.
• Drive of improvements projects/activities.

• Must have knowledge of Maintenance and operational philosophy of Material Handling equipment’s such as Crushers, Screens & Conveyors.
• Proficient in SAP. Must have knowledge of TQM Tools and analytical skills. Must be able to lead a team and to motivate the team for SGAs and improvement projects.
